Cheong-gwa is the South Korean illustrator of *The Broken Ring: This Marriage Will Fail Anyway*, a comic adaptation of the web novel of the same name by CHACHA KIM. Her elegant style, attention to detail and careful characterisation have helped to define the visual identity of the series, which has been well received by an international audience.
In 2026, she will visit Italy for the first time as a guest of Jundo at Lucca Comics & Games, where she will be present from 28 October to 1 November to meet readers and take part in book signings dedicated to *The Broken Ring*.
