Born in 1994, Karmarket has a degree in Communication & Multimedia Design from Shih Chien University; he as worked as assistant director on many numerous musical videoclips and advertising, working also on different Taiwanese feature films as storyboard artist, assistant director, post-production animator and promotional material creator for social media. He is currently working as freelance artist, focusing on cover illustrations for both
magazines and albums.

Riposa in pezzi is a collection of comics steeped in an unsettling horror atmosphere: an anthology bringing together a series of short stories drawn over the course of many years by one of Taiwan’s most captivating graphic designers, winner of the Golden Comic Award for Best New Talent. A man who lost a leg in a car accident seems to find it again in his dreams, along with strange, nameless limbs; a woman who can see ghosts encounters thousands of them
orbiting the Earth, including her long-lost mother; a university student stumbles upon a seemingly abandoned residential building where shadows morph into a maze of illusions. And then there are apocalyptic worlds ravaged by drought and littered with the corpses of creature-like gods, cyborg technologies, people searching for hope or revenge, ancestral terrors and modern nightmares.
Between ghostly obsessions and bleak cybernetic horizons Riposa in pezzi has at its center the unexpectedly poetic and sometimes humorous tales in which horror slowly reveals itself. Straight from Taiwan, a work celebrated with the Golden Comic Award for Best New Talent.
