GAMES CAFÉ LIVE
For the first time, Lucca Comics & Games is bringing board games live to Twitch with Games Café Live. A new format, designed to celebrate one of the event’s most authentic spirits: that of the players and enthusiasts who know that around a table, friendships are forged, stories are shared and a whole new world is discovered.
The programme is hosted by Escilgioco, who will bring board game enthusiasts and the Lucca Games team to the table for live gaming sessions. Because board games aren’t just a hobby; they’re a language, a way of coming together that has always found one of its biggest stages in Europe at Lucca Comics & Games. Dates: Tuesday 13 and 20 October at 9.00 pm on the official Twitch channel.
RPG NIGHT LIVE
RPG Night Live is now in its eighth edition: the role-playing format launched in 2019 on the Lucca Comics & Games Twitch channel, an event that over the years has become one of the most beloved and eagerly awaited digital projects amongst the public.
Once again this year, Francesco Lancia returns in the role of Game Master, joined by Christian “Zoltar” Bellomo to narrate and craft the adventure, exploring the historic settings of Dungeons & Dragons on a journey through the origins of role-playing. Taking turns at the table will be some much-loved faces, including the InnTale collective and Claudio Di Biagio with his Aletheia brigade, ready to bring characters, choices and plot twists to life in a campaign that promises to surprise even the most seasoned fans.
Three live-streamed sessions (Thursday 8, 15 and 22 October at 9.00 pm on Twitch) will culminate in a final episode during the event, featuring an Easter egg that fans won’t want to miss.
