It’s time to turn up the volume: music is going to take over Lucca Comics & Games again! For the 2026 edition, concerts, community events, cult theme tunes, rock, electronic music and late-night bass lines will fill the squares, alleyways and ramparts, creating a soundtrack just waiting to be experienced.
Four venues, four distinct atmospheres, one vast soundscape: the festival’s music programme takes shape from four different sources, each with its own distinct identity, its own rhythm and plenty of stories to tell.
- Piazzale Verdi: the hub for the most high-impact live performances. Concerts, musical guests and great moments of shared enjoyment will set the pace for the days of the event.
- Giardino degli Osservanti: a haven for fans, with palpable energy. Here, music meets the communities, with themed performances and events designed for those who experience Lucca Comics & Games as a sense of belonging.
- Teatro del Giglio: the most elegant side of the programme takes centre stage. The performances transform the festival’s soundtrack into tributes and musical narratives that move us now and linger in our memories.
- Foro Boario: pure party atmosphere. Dedicated to those who, after a day of comics, still fancy some music, especially the kind with a heavy bass line.
SPOILER ALERT: it will be a journey across generations and a mix-and-match of musical styles.
The great Cavalieri del Re will take children of the ’80s back to afternoons spent in front of the TV and to the refined polyphonic harmonies that make them unforgettable to this day.
Among the headliners will be Finley, icons of early 2000s Italian pop punk, fresh from their ‘Tutto è possibile’ tour celebrating the 20th anniversary of their debut album.
From the singer-songwriter style of Leonardo De Andreis, we’ll move on to the more rock- and electronic-inspired sounds of Enrico Sadici, before diving into the raw rock of Sunset Radio, the urban sounds of NoDrip and the punk fairy tales of Punktales.
Gens d’Ys, I Santi Bevitori and Uncle Bard and the Dirty Bastards will conjure up Celtic-flavoured atmospheres, whilst Grailknights’ superhero-metal will set us all off on a quest for the Holy Grail.
